President Debra Campbell opened the meeting with a welcome to all and the Pledge of Allegiance. Lee Padgitt shared hopeful thoughts. Guests included John and Caroline Bair, and Rick Rosenfeld. Robert Mardirossian offered a special welcome to frequent guest Ellie Schwimmer who has applied to be a club member. Happy Bucks came from Moha Bouacha, Thomas Applegate, Robert Mardirossian, and John Bair.

Debra Campbell reminded members to sign up for lunch packing for Connections for the Homeless on Tuesday, September 1st and the club tabling at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday, September 12th.
Rick Rosenfeld is a Rotarian and our travel agent for the Morocco trip in June 2027. Rick summarized the trip and what is covered. He encouraged members to make their $300 deposit by September 1st, after which the trip will be opened up to Rotary clubs that made contributions to the project. Space is limited.
Debra engaged members with 3 questionnaires covering club experience, community service and social, and strategic goals. She encouraged feedback and consideration of what works well and what can be improved. She gave out frames with Rotary vision statements. Debra closed the meeting with the 4-Way Test.
